Benevolent Healthcare is here to support all our staff, contractors and clients during these unprecedented times. We are monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic, and would like to remind everyone to stay safe and help prevent the spread of coronavirus. Please follow guidelines published from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC): wear face coverings over your nose and mouth, wash or sanitize hands frequently, clean and disinfect frequently used surfaces and common areas, avoid crowds, and remain socially distant (minimum 6 feet apart) when in public areas.
COVID-19 has been declared a pandemic level infection caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. COVID-19 is a respiratory viral infection with symptoms to include, but not limited to dry cough, fever, headache, loss of taste, loss of smell, diarrhea, body aches and fatigue. COVID-19 is a highly contagious virus, and as such has significantly impacted the ways in which we interact at work, in public and at home. Many roles at Benevolent Healthcare Services have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. If you or your job has been impacted by COVID-19, please follow regulations put forth at your specific worksite and keep in close contact with us here at Benevolent Healthcare Services. COVID-19 response might be different depending upon the worksite you support.
If you suspect you have coronavirus (COVID-19), please quarantine at home and contact your health care provider or your local health department for guidance on availability and locations for testing. In the event of a positive COVID-19 test, please notify your Benevolent Healthcare Services representative immediately. If you have previously recovered from a coronavirus infection, or have not had the coronavirus, consider contacting your local health department or health care provider for information on the availability and location to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.
